Come November 26 when New Jersey's first legal online gaming site goes online, customers may be hard pressed to fund their accounts as certain banks are refusing to allow their cards to be used for funding gaming accounts. It may very well get cleared up but in the interim customers are going to be frustrated.
Meanwhile, NJ's request for a Court of Appeals rehearing of the sports gambling case has been denied. This means on to the U.S. Supreme Court where I doubt they will get relief, that is if the court agrees to hear the case.
Yonkers Raceway and the SOANY are sponsoring a free $10,000 handicapping contest on Tuesdays. Why not give it a shot and see if you can take home some holiday cash? The first round starts this coming Tuesday. The price is right and what is your downside? There is none.
