Some of these ADWs have additional sites they operate as some of the tracks have OTW or ADW operations which may be included. It would be best if you check with them to confirm your venue is handling the race.
One location missing from the list is the Meadowlands and 4NJBETS. Since TVG took over operation of 4NJBETS, and they have decided they will not be carrying CDP, at present it appears New Jersey residents will be shut out this year.
Trials will be contested on Saturday night, Sunday afternoon, and Monday night. Here are the fields for the three eliminations:

Followers of Canadian racing will recognize State Treasurer, the winner of this year's Molson Pace and vanquisher of Foiled Again and other FFA horses, is in the first trial. It's not the $60,000 purse of the final that attracts horses to compete in this race, it is a race with history and tradition which makes owners drop their horses into the race.
Programs for the trials and the final will be available at Red Shores' website. Those who are unable to get local coverage of the Gold Cup and Saucer can watch the races here. Just a warning, CDP is on ADT so a 1 pm post time is actually 12pm EDT.
Exchange Wagering Approved: California's rules for exchange wagering has been approved so you may be asking when will it become available? There is a 90 day period from when a track's horsemen group reaches an agreement with a company which offers exchange wagering. Of course, a company needs to be licensed to offer exchange wagering. With thoroughbred horsemen still unwilling to accept exchange wagering, one can assume Cal Expo will be the first track to offer exchange wagering. With Cal Expo re-opening on October 5, the best one can assume exchange wagering being offered is January 1, 2014,

This is the only stakes race I can recall that has eliminations on three separate programs, presumably to spike attendance and handle. The longtime announcer is, to me, an "acquired taste". As with Roger Huston at the Meadows, you either love him or hate him.
It should be emphasized that the Maritime tracks are not the only Canadian tracks that provide FREE programs on their websites, an attraction sorely lacking at most stateside racing websites.
Well, certainly spreading eliminations out has something to do with drawing attention to three race cards by giving them some pizzaz, but it is also because it is part of 'Old Home Week".
The only reason I mentioned their website for free programs is their website is likely not well known by those who read this blog. I believe others know the Canadian tracks post free programs on their sites.
