WEG Stakes Take a Shave

WEG has announced the stakes schedule for the 2013 race year and as expected has shaved the purses to them.  Here is the new values for the stakes along with the percentage reduced.

Only the North American Cup is guaranteed, all other purses are estimated.
Yes, these stakes have been cut in significantly, but considering the new paradigm WEG is operating under, many of these stakes could have been dropped as well.  While no one wants to see stakes races purses cut, overall horsemen should be somewhat relieved.
