A Look Ahead at the Weekend

For those looking at the various special racing events this weekend, here is a guide to some of the biggest events of the weekend.  The two biggest events of the weekend are clearly the North American Cup eliminations up at Mohawk Raceway in Canada on Saturday evening and the Artiscape and Bettor's Delight FFA events at Tioga Downs on Sunday

Sunday is also the first HANA Harness Pool Party in the United States where we hope harness players will hit the Pick 6 Pool.  Thd draw for the Tioga card is this morning with the program available sometime tomorrow.  If you are planning on participating in the pool party, free programs courtesy of Trackmaster will be available at http://blog.horseplayersassociation.org/ where not only will you find the program, but ADWs offering special bonuses for the Tioga card on Sunday as well as some computer selections for the Tioga program.

Hoosier Park - Friday, June 10 - Indiana Sire Stakes (11 of the 13 races).

Meadowlands - Thursday, June 9 - Second leg of the Summer Survivor Series; Friday, June 10 - The Magician late closing series for 3yo trotters; Saturday, June 11 - The Ramblin Storm Final.

Mohawk Raceway - Friday, June 10 - The Elegantimage Elims; Saturday, June 11 - Goodtimes Elim, Fan Hanover Elims, North America Cup Elims.

Monticello Raceway - Thursday, June 9 - NYSS for 3yo pacing colts and geldings; Sunday, June 12 -A special card where all thirteen races will be contested by Amateur drivers. 

Scioto Downs - Sunday, June 12 - OSS for 3yo filly pacers and trotters.
