More inportantly, Jc was praised for quietly accepting the loss of purse as well as a $150 fine subsequently levied by two of the three stooges. He should have defended himself and the bettors publicly in both instances. All kidding aside, in my 38 years of following harness racing, I think I have seen it once. <br /><br />It's a blight on the sport that drivers refuse to claim fouls because they want the favor returned. It is interesting that objections are regularly lodged in thoroughbred racing. As an observer of thousands of harness races a year, I literally literally cannot remember an instance of a driver lodging an objection against another reinsman. JLBnoreply@blogger.com
