For whatever reason, it's not as available to bet through simulcasts and ADW's. We all know that's where the money is these days for most tracks.<br /><br />Pennsylvania has long had a reputation for high takeout, but The Meadows cut takeout this year. 17% for WPS, 20% for all other bets. That track doesn't report handle with results on the USTA website, so I don't know how the new approach is working. Lower takeout alone won't attract bettors, but it's a start.
