One either believes there is a set standard that is being followed or you suspect it is a case of playing favorites. <br /><br />I think there is a standard policy involved. Granted, it may not please everyone. But I do notice a half-dozen trainers at the Meadowlands who have significant black marks on their record, and wonder why they are allowed to race. I have alot of faith in Jeff Gural's efforts to restore integrity in his corner of the harness racing world, but still, the presence of these names makes me wonder.JLBnoreply@blogger.com
