I don't know if an honest man was ...Pacingguy:<br /><br />I don't know if an honest man was unfairly harmed by inaction or if a thief has been let off. <br /><br />Whichever is the case, we can all blame the New York State Racing and Wagering Board turned New York State Gaming Commission. <br /><br />If the case was weak or faulty, the racing regulators should have done the right thing and dismissed the Pena case without court intervention. If the case was solid, they shirked the obligation to investigate, punish and rid racing of a bad guy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
