At least Gingras didn't think the act of claiming an objection was unprofessional. That Blog Guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15487597769210721585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4684463172854959042.post-56079451447479728882015-09-08T20:18:47.670-04:002015-09-08T20:18:47.670-04:00"Gingras, who drove the disqualified Pinkman ..."Gingras, who drove the disqualified Pinkman in the Yonkers Trot, said he knew the judges had a job to do, but disagreed with their call."

After reading this blog and the quote of Gingras above...Gingras and Takter should be embarrassed! They have been in the business long enough to know this was the only call and the right call. In Australia thoroughbreds they rarely disqualify horses based on the fact that the horse they impeded was not going to finish any better than they did (I love these rulings compared to NA judging) Anyway, I could understand that yes Trond's horse may not have finished better than both 1 and 1A but the fact PINKMAN got tried and drifted in on Trond's horse which caused interference with not only him but Billy Flynn too causing a break in stride and a very good chance for BF to finish 3rd but at least 4th for sure. How the inquiry sign was not put up 5 seconds after the race was finished is a joke and embarrasment for the judges. Both JT and YG should apologize.edge1124https://www.blogger.com/profile/16494523315918894216noreply@blogger.com
