Attention Pick 4 players. Starting February 24, you are going to have to start taking a look at Cal Expo as they are increasing their guaranteed pool to $15,000 for their late Pick 4 with a 15% takeout (the early Pick 4 also has a 15% takeout).
The 0% takeout on late Pick 4 wagers on all winning wagers made on track or TwinSpires.com moves from Saturday night to Friday night. For all others, the 15% takeout remains in effect. On Saturdays, Cal Expo has made arrangements for the Saturday Late Pick 4 to be broadcast on TVG to maximize its exposure so on Saturday nights, the late Pick 4 should be even larger than Friday nights.
